Job Title: Engineering and Tool Room Manager
Department: Tooling /CPD Administration
Reports To: Divisional Manager
Responsible for the maintenance and changeovers of the molds and to participate with the Process engineering department to modify and debug molds. Responsible for re-engineering existing molds to obtain a more reliable tool and to work with outside tool rooms for the maintenance and modifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Supervise tool room personnel.
Work on cavitation level to maintain maximum level.
Work with outside customers on mold status.
Work with Design Department on updating molds and to insure that the work does not get repeated.
Work with Process Engineers on new product problems.
Must participate as a team player.
Oversee the Tooling department.

Bachelor' s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND
· Computer literacy.
· 5-10 years in tooling field.
